Ryan Waugh, at just age 32, is one of the youngest winemakers working in Napa and Sonoma, founding his own label in 2001. Fruit is sourced from 13 different vineyards from Santa Barbara to the Russian River Valley, all of which are managed by Waugh. Joined by two other young brands, Waugh is building a 20,000-square-foot cave facility at Soda Canyon which is due to open in 2010.
