Harvest Brix 25.5º. 60% Pommard, 20% Wädenswil, 20% Dijon 667. Triple hand sorted, 4-day cold soak, 10-day fermentation, aged in French oak barrels, 40% new, 40% once filled and 20% neutral. · Moderate garnet color in the glass. Highly aromatic, sporting hi-tone aromas of black raspberry, blackberry, wine cave, toast and white pepper. Mid weight in style, with a somewhat lush array of black raspberry, and blueberry-pomegranate fruit flavors overlain with complimentary toasty oak.
