pH 3.28, TA 0.59, $19. Sourced from several vineyards with bracketed harvest dates. Fermented in stainless steel tanks, minimal racking and blending for balance. · Light golden yellow color in the glass. Very shy aromas of pear, peach and lemon. True to the varietal, with flavors of nectarine, pear and lychee. Rather shallow with vivid acidity and a short finish. Score: 87. Reviewed November 12, 2017
