Inviting aromas of darker cherries and berries, with complimentary notes of burnt tobacco and oak. Vivid and juicy on the palate, with plenty of black raspberry, blackberry and peppery spice flavors. Silky in texture, with suede tannins and oak in the background. The extended finish leaves an impression. Score: 92. Reviewed November 12, 2017
