2007 Parker Station California Pinot Noir

13.5% alc., $15, screw cap. Advertised on the label as “The best Pinot Noir you can afford to drink daily.” · Very ripe, jammy dark fruit is featured with a noticeable amount of oak running through from start to finish. Some interesting green tea and tangerine peel flavors. Very smooth on the palate with admirable acidity. Reviewed November 17, 2008
