Fermented in stainless steel. · Moderate salmon color in the glass. Nicely perfumed with scents of strawberry, blood orange and yellow apple. Crisp in the mouth, with flavors of strawberry, cherry Sunburst candy, blood orange and watermelon, an added hint of herbs, finishing with a good cut of acidity on the thoroughly dry finish.
