A Tour of California Pinot Noir
Recently I gave a talk, “A Tour of California Pinot Noir,” and conducted a tasting, “A Tasting Tour of California
Pinot Noir,” for health care professionals at the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel, California. The event was very
well received and I decided to provide this Keynote presentation to PinotFile readers. Some of the material is
basic, but it provides a good over view and summary of the subject. The wines chosen for the tasting were
considered representative of each appellation.
