Designating Pinot Noir Color

For years I have used a number of terms to designate Pinot Noir color. You will notice in this issue, the use of three terms: garnet, ruby and purple. These are the three approved synonyms for the color red in red wines so I decided to adopt these synonyms and continue to use modifiers such as light, moderate, and dark.
