A blend of tank and barrel fermentations. · Very light golden yellow color and clear in the glass. Aromas of lemon wafer, honey, spice, brioche and buttery oak lead off. Inviting brightness on the palate, with flavors of lemon, pineapple, green apple and grapefruit, and a pleasing texture that hints at creaminess. Score: 88. Reviewed December 13, 2016
