2005 Littorai Hirsch Vineyard Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir

13.5% alc.. · Moderate reddish purple color in the glass. Deep bouquet of cherries, grilled beef, smoke, mocha java and oak spice. The mid weight flavors of red cherry, red currant, baking spice and nutmeg attract, as does the silk and satin mouthfeel. Very fresh and like able, with excellent harmony, gentle tannins, and welcome intensity of oak-kissed fruit on the sustained finish. Drink now to 2022. Reviewed February 13, 2017
