Native yeast fermentation, aged 11 months in French oak barrels, 10% new. · Light golden yellow color in the glass. Intriguing aromas of chalky lemon, steel and minerality for want of a better word. Lovely, energetic and bright, with flavors of lemon and lychee without needless oak encumbrance. Very engaging and satisfying. Score: 93. Reviewed August 27, 2017
