Barrel fermented, 100% malolactic fermentation, and aged 11 months in French oak, 25% new. · Light golden yellow color and clear in the glass. Welcoming aromas of citrus, honey, pastry creme, biscuit, fudge and a hint of flintiness. Gorgeous flavors of burnt lemon, apple and toast vye for attention.
