The nose is subdued, but offers delicate rose petal, raspberry and cherry perfume. The sweet cherry and raspberry fruit keeps you coming back for another sip. Despite a lengthy time in barrel, the oak is nicely integrated. The wine has a good acid backbone and the finish is soft and lingering. Reviewed September 5, 2006
