2011 Rhys Vineyards Alpine Vineyard Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay

More aromatic with a slight tropical fruit scent complimenting the lemon notes. Complex, with flavors of lemon meringue, pineapple, vanilla cream and nuts. An hi-tone cut of acidity underlies the fruit and leads to a refreshing, dry finish. Very good. Reviewed April 13, 2013
