14.0% alc., $65. Unfiltered. · Light cherry red color in the glass. Shy scent of cherry, cranberry, baking spices and cardamom. Lighter in weight, but highly flavorful, offering a jubilee of cherry goodness. Elegant and silky in the mouth, with very favorable attack and finish. This wine is why I call Paul Lato, “Paul Elelato,” because his wines are often elegance personified. Score: 93. Reviewed August 17, 2016
