Sips of Recently Tasted California Pinot Noir

Quality is consistently high for the 2012 vintage, with the wines often on the riper, more extracted side compared to the 2011 vintage. You might ask, “Why all the high scores.” The truth is, I review almost exclusively ultra premium Pinot Noir and the scores are well deserved.
